Together with you, numerous philanthropists and Ukrainian artists, we continued our good tradition and held the fifth anniversary auction in March 2019.

The goal of the auction was to help the Center for Pediatric Hepatology, whose specialists perform diagnostics and treatment of the most complicated liver diseases. An accurate diagnosis is the prerequisite for the successful treatment of complicated liver diseases in children.

For the funds raised at the fifth charity auction, we purchased and donated to the Center in October 2019 a state-of-the-art apparatus for performance of ultra-precise ultrasound examinations and an intensive care unit was equipped.

The Center for Pediatric Hepatology was established in March 2015 at the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. Today the Center provides specialized medical and diagnostic help to the children with congenital and acquired liver diseases (chronic viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver diseases, liver cirrhosis, acute and chronic liver failure, hereditary metabolic and cholestatic liver diseases, drug-induced liver injuries, etc.) from all the regions of Ukraine.

The patients of the Center are mostly children with severe disabling diseases, effective diagnosis and treatment of which require the use of the most advanced equipment and the latest methods.

In more than three years of work, the Center's specialists provided inpatient care to more than 1,500 and consulting assistance to over 1,200 ill children.
